We value scholarship, philanthropy, involvement on campus, and friendship. The unique sisters that make up Alpha Eta are accepting, socially aware, and hold themselves to a high standard of Doing Good. Through their involvement in Delta Gamma, our members learn what it means to be a true friend through their constant support of one another. Whether it is a group of DGs cheering on their sister in her volleyball or soccer game, dressing up in the goofiest of costumes, or having late night heart-to-hearts in section, DGs at Whitman experience what it means to have 80+ sisters who love and care for one another beyond measure.
Not only do we value friendship, but we also support each other in all our academic and extracurricular endeavors. Delta Gamma has the highest GPA of any sorority or fraternity here on campus. From Associated Students of Whitman College senators to athletic team captains, our chapter supports and applauds involvement of any sort at Whitman. DG is a place where you are accepted and encouraged to be all that you can be.
Our time in college marks the beginning of a life long love for one another and for the friendship and values of Delta Gamma!
