Important Fair Information
General Fair Details
The event will be from 9 a.m. to Noon.
Organizations can start setting up booths at 8 a.m, after checking in with the Student Activities Info Table. You are responsible for setting up and taking down all props and signs.
Please have a representative from your organization at your booth for the entire duration of the fair (9 a.m. to Noon).
Remember that it will most likely be sunny and most booths are located in direct sunlight throughout the duration of the event, so plan accordingly.
Materials to consider for your booth (these are only suggestions and not required):
- Canopy for shade
- Sign for in front of your table
- Table cloth
- Pamphlets, brochures or flyers
- QR code to sign up to WhitLife
- Pictures of past events to show at table
- Extra Chairs (you may not use chairs from the Reid Campus Center)
Additional Regulations
Booths are permitted to distribute but not sell items. The following regulations apply:
- No tobacco, alcoholic beverages, or marijuana products may be promoted, sold, or consumed.
- Any booth with food must have a health permit.

Preliminary deadline to sign up is Friday, July 30. If your group signs up after the deadline you will be asked to provide two members to help the Student Activities Office with event set-up and take-down on the day of the event. Those two volunteers must be present from 7–9 a.m. and Noon–1:30 p.m.
