On the IES: London Theatre Studies program, Whitman students can engage in Britain's rich historical and contemporary theatrical tradition through theater and drama courses. Students see at least nine shows in London.

“The internship program is one of the best things about IES London. There are a wide variety of placements from Wimbledon, to a fashion magazine, to West End theaters, and it is a great way to get integrated into London life. IES also offers field trips to places including Scotland, Bath and Stonehenge, and Stratford upon Avon. The class field study trips were amazing...These experiences were unique and rewarding, and also some of my favorite memories in London.” - Kathryn B. '15
