How to Get Points

Points

1. RSVP – If you’re the team captain, you’ll be awarded 1 point for each team member that responds ‘Yes’ to the RSVP. To see who has responded already, you can see the list from your reunion RSVP page here.
2. Checking In – After you submit your roster, you’ll have the option of sending an email to each of your team members, asking them to register for the reunion. To get additional points, you must cc or bcc the Reunion Team email (reuniongame@whitman.edu) in your reminder emails. 1 point will be awarded per email per team member (but more emails does not = more points)
3. Registration – You will be awarded points based on whether your team members register for the Reunion, and how early they register. If a team member registers from August 21- September 2, you will be awarded 9 points. From September 3- 17, it is worth 7 points, and if a team member registers from September 18 – October 2, that is worth 5 points.
4. Giving – For each team member that donates to the college before 2PM on October 11, 2017, that will earn you an additional 3 points.
5. Point Distribution - As a team captain, you will also receive points based on whether your team members check in, and how far away they live from Whitman College campus (based on their home address). 
   
   • WA, OR, ID, BC - 1 point
   • MT, WY, UT, NV, CA, AB, SK - 2 points
   • ND, SD, NE, CO, AZ, NM, HI, AK, MB - 3 points
   • MN, IA, MO, KS, OK, TX, ON - 4 points
   • WI, IL, AR, LA, Mexico - 5 points
   • MI, OH, IN, KY, WV, TN, MS, AL, QC - 6 points
   • ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, NB, NL, PEI, NS - 7 points
   • Other international - 8 points

For every team member that takes their Reunion packet by 10AM on Saturday of the reunion, you will receive 10 points.
