FAQ for Fantasy Reunion

Q: How much does it cost to create a roster? 
A: Creating a roster is absolutely free for anyone invited to the reunion, and you have the chance to win great prizes!

Q: Who can I add to my roster/how many people? 
A: You can add anyone who is invited to the reunion you are attending. Up to fourteen people can be added to your roster, but you may only create one team.

Q: Do I have to attend the reunion to collect my prize? 
A: Yes. If you are a captain of the winning team, and have earned a prize, but you are not present at the reunion, the prize will go to the next highest-scoring team.

Q: My friend is a Team Captain and added me to their roster! Can I still make my own? 
A: Yes, you may be on a roster and also be a Team Captain.

Q: I want to add someone to my roster, but my friend already added that person to theirs! Can I still add them? 
A: Yes, anyone invited to the reunion can invite anyone else, and it is possible for one person to be on multiple rosters!

Q: I don’t remember everyone in my class. How do I figure out who to put on my team? 
A: A great way to look up classmates is Whitman Connect. If you didn’t have a profile yet email alumni@whitman.edu for your WID.

Q: : What are affiliations? Can I add them after I’ve completed my roster? 
A: Affiliations are a way of describing how you know someone. You may only add affiliations before submitting your roster.

Q: Why are different amounts of points awarded to people attending the reunion from different areas? 
A: It’s simply more difficult to get to Walla Walla from far away, so the extra points help to compensate for the extra effort travelers make. We want to encourage everyone to attend the reunion, not just those who live nearby.

Q: I sent an e-mail asking someone on my roster to register for the reunion, but forgot to cc/bcc reuniongame@whitman.edu. Can I still get points for the e-mail? 
A: No, but you may send them another e-mail cc-ing or bcc-ing reuniongame@whitman.edu and still earn a point for it.

Q: Someone on my roster attended the reunion but did not pick up their packet. Can I still get points for their attendance? 
A: No. Everyone must pick up their packet in order for us to document attendance.

Q: Do I have to donate money to the college in order to be eligible to win prizes? 
A: You do not, but keep in mind that even a small donation from you and your team members will still earn you points.
