Whitman Volunteer Summit
Volunteer Summit brings alumni volunteers together on the Whitman College campus for a valuable weekend of training, planning and camaraderie. This annual event connects our volunteers with the leaders of the college to get the most up-to-date information on programs and initiatives as it relates to the future of Whitman. It also provides an opportunity for alumni volunteers to reconnect and learn from each other while they plan successful Reunion and Annual Giving programs for the upcoming fiscal year.

Friday, June 23
10 a.m. – 5 p.m. - material pick-up and Stanton Hall check-in.
Self-guided tours and activities will be provided as well as a few scheduled activities on campus and in Walla Walla. Available options coming soon!
6 p.m. - welcome dinner for all volunteers and guests
Saturday, June 24
8 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. - breakfast and work sessions for all volunteers
12 - 1 p.m. - lunch
1:15 p.m. - 5 p.m. - afternoon training sessions
6 p.m. - dinner and evening activity for all volunteers and guests
Sunday, June 25
8 - 11 a.m. - continental breakfast for volunteers and guests
9 - 11 a.m. - workshops and small group working sessions
11 a.m. - check out of Stanton Hall
