Registration and Payment Questions
Q: What should I wear?
A: Most events during the reunion weekend are casual with the exception of the Saturday evening dinner. Watch the reunion schedule as the reunion draws near and you will tips on what to wear listed at the end of each event description.
Q: Is there childcare?
A: During Reunion Weekend, Whittie Kids, a program for children ages 7-14, is available. Sign up for the program when you register for Reunion Weekend. Younger reunion class events are typically family-friendly.
Q: Can I attend a reunion other than my own class reunion?
A: Yes, you are welcome to attend any reunion but you will only receive information for the class you are affiliated with. If you did not graduate and have not been in touch with the college but are interested in attending, please contact the Alumni Office at 509-527-5167.
Q: If I have special dietary or mobility issues can you accommodate me?
A: We are able to accommodate most dietary needs with advance notice; this information will be collected from you on the reunion registration form. If you have mobility issues, we will work with you to provide a golf cart shuttle on campus; these arrangements must be made well in advance of your visit. Please contact the Alumni Office at 509-527-5167.
Registration and Payment Questions:
Q: How will I register?
A: Online registration is available for all reunion classes. Exceptions are made for the 50th, 55th, 60th and 65th reunions; these classes will have the option of registering via a printed form. Either way, you can pay by check or credit card.
Q: What's the difference between an RSVP and registration?
A: An RSVP let's us know if you are LIKELY to attend; we use this information to help in the planning process. When you register for the reunion, you will fill out a form and send in your payment for the various meals you will attend.
Q: When I register do I pay a lump sum?
A: No, you will be able to choose the meals you wish to attend; we use an à la carte system. The cost of all meals for a reunion weekend will run roughly $100-$125 per person (but remember, you don't have to sign up for everything if you don't want to).
Q: When will registration materials be available?
A: Registration materials will be available approximately 6 weeks prior to the reunion and are due approximately 10 days in advance. You will be notified by mail and email when registration is open.
Q: Do you have a refund policy?
A: Yes, if you let us know before the refund deadline we can refund everything except the registration fee.
Q: What about accommodations?
A: Rooms are block at hotels for the reunion weekend, the reunion website lists this information. Thirty days in advance, any unsold rooms in the blocks are released to the public. If you are bringing an RV, wish to stay in a B&B or vacation rental, go to www.wallawalla.org/lodging
Q: Is there air service to Walla Walla?
A: Horizon Airlines/Alaska Airlines serves Walla Walla daily with flights to/from Seattle. See www.alaskaair.com. Other air carriers fly in and out of the Pasco Regional Airport.
