January 24, 2023 Did we hear you right? Inviting your feedback on priorities.

Dear Colleagues and Students,

I hope you are having a great start to the semester. I'm writing to (again) invite your input on our strategic priorities. As we shared in late December, here is an overview of the broad themes that emerged in our campus discussions this fall. Before we move to next steps, we want to be sure we have accurately captured what we heard from the community.

There are two ways to provide your insights on the emerging themes. You can respond to this brief survey, or, you can come to talk about the emerging themes and next steps in person. Opportunities for conversation will be coming this week for faculty and staff.

• Friday, January 27th, from 10–11 a.m. in Baker Center (for staff)
• Friday, January 27th, from 12–1 p.m. in Baker Center (for faculty)

We will also have some time to discuss the emerging themes and next steps at the faculty meeting this Wednesday, January 25th, and will set up sessions for students on each of the areas of focus in the coming weeks as well.
