Resources for Diverse Job Seekers

If you have an identity that has traditionally been excluded from full participation in the workforce, the process of finding a job or internship may feel overwhelming. The below resources are here to support you on your journey in finding supportive communities in your career. The organizations represented here are listed on the following relevance: connection to careers and networks, community resources, focus on national or local Pacific Northwest reach, and other factors.

This page is a work in progress and we need your help to make it better. If there is a resource you would like added to this list or an identity we should collect resources for, we want to hear from you! Please email us at ccec_info@whitman.edu so we can collaborate on adding resources which support you and your identities.

Additionally here are some CCEC resources that can assist you in understanding if a workplace may be friendly to diverse folks
