Custodial Services
This department's 20 custodians are responsible for the general cleaning of the academic and administrative buildings on campus as well as the grounds around those buildings. Custodians are on duty Monday - Friday from 4 a.m. - noon.
General duties include:
- Emptying trash cans
- Dusting accessible furniture
- Sweeping and mopping floors as needed
- Vacuuming carpets
- Cleaning chalk or dry erase boards in classrooms
- Cleaning glass doors
- Cleaning bathrooms and restock paper products
- Keeping the grounds around buildings clear of garbage
- Helping move offices
- Other duties by request
