The Accounting and Business Services department at Whitman College is committed to managing the college’s financial resources with integrity and transparency. Located in the Memorial Building, the team provides essential services, including student accounts, payroll, budgeting, purchasing cards, accounts payable, grants management, and rental property information. Student Payment Deadlines
- Fall Payment Due: August 15, 2025
- Spring Payment Due: January 9, 2026
Access your statement on my.whitman.edu. To split semester payments into four equal installments, you can request a Deferred Payment Plan.

Secure and Confidential Reporting
