Michelle Mathieu ’92

Michelle Mathieu ’92Active President’s Advisory Board Member, Endowment Investment Committee Member and Overseer Emeritus Michelle Mathieu ’92, shows her support for Upward Together through her extensive engagement with Whitman College. Mathieu graduated from Whitman with a degree in Economics, applying her knowledge every day in her work as the CEO of Fulcrum Capital. Through unrestricted giving, Mathieu has allowed her gifts to the college to take shape sustaining what is needed most. She takes pride in contributing to the success of current and future Whitties by providing them with the resources they need to inspire creativity, build community and think critically.

Mathieu resides in Seattle with her spouse, Jim. She is also a board member for YouthCare, an organization committed to ending youth homelessness.

Fifty Under 50 is a new initiative recognizing emerging leaders in philanthropy. Members are graduates of the class of 1989 or later and have made gifts and pledges exceeding $50,000 to the campaign.
