Whitman Highlighted in Princeton Review Rankings

Whitman College professors are some of the most accessible out there, according to the latest Princeton Review rankings (No. 6 on that list). The education services company also recognized Whitman as being among "Best Western Colleges," "Colleges That Pay You Back" and "Green Colleges."

The Princeton Review tallied the rankings for the 2019 edition of its flagship guide, The Best 384 Colleges, based on surveys of 138,000 students nationwide who were asked to rate their experiences on a range of topics.  

Rather than rank schools from 1 to 384, it used students' feedback to compile top 20 lists in different categories. In addition to "Most Accessible Professors," Whitman is featured on "Impact Schools," "Tree-Hugging Vegetarians," "Most Liberal Students" and "Least Religious Students." 

The Princeton Review has published its popular college guidebook annually since 1992.
