Meet our Partners

Chicago Scholars is the largest college access and success program in Chicago serving more than 5,000 students and alumni each year through a seven-year college access and success mentoring and career support program. Committed to moving the dial for Chicago’s youth, the organization works to develop deep collaborations with community-based organizations and has a national network of selective college and university partners.

College Horizons is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to increasing the number of Native American, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian students succeeding in college and graduate programs.

The Cristo Rey Network is a network of 38 high schools that integrate four years of rigorous college preparatory academics with four years of professional work experience, delivering a powerful and innovative approach to education that equips students from families of limited economic means with the knowledge, character, and skills to achieve their aspirations.

Davis United World College Scholars (UWC) — Philanthropist Shelby M.C. Davis founded the Davis UWC Scholars program in 2000 to "advance international understanding through education." The Davis UWC Scholars Program has grown over the past decade into the largest international scholarship program for undergraduates in the world. In order to receive a Davis Scholarship, UWC graduates must choose one of the designated Davis partner schools and be accepted into the school on their own merits.

Matriculate empowers high-achieving, lower-income high school students from across the country to enroll at colleges where they will thrive. Students work directly with undergraduate Advising Fellows who personally guide them through the college application and enrollment process. Matriculate aims to direct students to colleges that provide strong academic, social, and financial support needed to graduate on time with low debt burdens.

Minds Matter is a comprehensive and highly successful three-year program that empowers young people from low-income families to achieve college readiness and success. The program incorporates tutoring, mentoring, and enrichment experiences that prepare students for bright futures. Minds Matter achieves a 100% college acceptance rate for their students at quality institutions across the country.

Palouse Pathways primarily supports high school students and their families from school districts in Latah County, Idaho and Whitman County, Washington, and also provides support to rural communities around northern Idaho. The organization aims to increase opportunities for students from this rural context by engaging students in college and career planning, helping students gain admission to colleges and programs, inform families about financial aid and sustainable college financing choices, and support the work of local schools and the aspirations of local students.

Rainier Scholars, located in Seattle, Washington, offers a pathway to college graduation for low-income students of color by providing access to transformative educational opportunities. Their scholars engage in a proven, 12-year model that brings together the academic preparation, leadership development and personalized support they need to graduate from a four-year college and become career professionals and leaders in their communities.

Rural Opportunities for College Access New Mexico (ROCA NM) supports rural first-generation college-going students interested in exploring college options outside the state of New Mexico. Students participate in a free, college-prep summer program led by college access professionals and college representatives from around the country. ROCA NM encourages students to explore their identities and rural experience throughout the college application process."

YES Prep Public Schools increases the number of students from underserved communities in Houston, Texas who graduate from college prepared to lead. YES Prep is living proof that different outcomes are possible when students from low-income communities are given access to high-quality educational opportunities to develop the gifts and talents of each child.
