Vandiver publishes two essays on British poetry of First World War
The Cambridge Companion to the Poetry of the First World War, published in November by Cambridge University Press, includes her chapter, "Early Poets of the First World War." The chapter focuses on four classically-educated poets: Rupert Brooke, Julian Grenfell, Charles Hamilton Sorley and Patrick Shaw Stewart.

Alumnus publishes research on coring in scientific journal
