Chloe Young ’22: A Global Legal Scholar & Difference Maker

Chloe Young stands outdoors in front of a lawn, trees and a building

From mentoring elementary school students to playing varsity soccer to experiencing pre-law internships that galvanized her interest in the law, Chloe Young ’22 hit the ground running at Whitman College—and hasn’t stopped since. Whitman gave her a close network of friends and mentors, as well as a lasting commitment to service that continues to guide her as she has pursued multiple master’s degrees in international law and now attends law school in Seattle.

Whitman prepared me for life after college by sharpening my critical thinking, strengthening my persuasive writing and broadening my perspective through study abroad.
