  • Italian Language (6 credits)
  • Four 3-credit courses

Credit Conversion:

1 IES credit = 1 Whitman credit

Housing:

Apartments with other American students and sometimes with Italian roommates
Homestays with Italian families

Meals:

Apartment: Students typcially cook breakfast and dinner for themselves and eat lunch at university cafeterias or nearby restaurants.
Homestay: Breakfast and dinner are provided by the host family.  Students eat lunch at university cafeterias or nearby restaurants.

Internships:

Internships are available in a variety of areas including art, business, education, media, parliamentary, fashion and social work.
