CIEE: Prague Film Studies

The CIEE: Film Studies program in Prague, Czech Republic is appropriate for students with a strong background in film studies and a desire to develop the skills necessary to work professionally in the film industry. It is designed for students with specific training and interest in film production or screenwriting and combines both theoretical and practical instruction and activities led by film professionals.

“Not everyone at Whitman is obsessed with film the way everyone on this program is. We constantly went to see movies and then would talk about it for hours. I had an amazing experience in Prague. It's truly an amazing city. The Czech buddy that lived in my apartment was fantastic and showed us around the best parts of the city. After the semester, Prague truly feels like home away from home.” - Chase F. '18
