Queen Mary is a self-contained, thriving campus in London's ethnically and socially diverse East End. Queen Mary is a university of 16,000 students with a long history of internationalism: 20% of the student body comes from outside the UK.

“I had the best living situation I could have imagined. There were nine people in my flat including me: two Americans, one Russian, one from China and five from England. We did things together as a flat all the time (Hyde Park boating lake, pubs, visiting different London neighborhoods, going to Brighton, etc.). Fields of study:	A range of academic disciplines are offered at Queen Mary.
Eligibility:	Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. (GPAs below 3.0 will not be considered.)
Credits:	16 credits per semester (4 courses): Students enroll in four 4-credit courses per semester. There is an impressive range of academic options at QMUL. Current course listings are available in the online course directory at www.qmul.ac.uk/modules.
Credit Conversion:	1 IES credit = 1 Whitman credit
Internships:	None
Housing:	Students live in a Queen Mary Student Village flat with five other international and British students.
Meals:	Students have the option to prepare their own meals or dine out.
