Students attending will be billed by Whitman for the program fees and Whitman will in turn pay the program. Your program bill will be sent to your home address by Whitman at the end of September (for Fall off-campus study) and in late January (for Spring off-campus study). If you receive financial aid or a merit scholarship through Whitman College, it will automatically be credited to your student account and reduce the amount of the program fees that you are charged.
If you currently use the monthly payment plan offered by Whitman, you may ask the Business Office to adjust the amount of your payments to reflect the cost of the off-campus study program you are attending. Payments are not adjusted automatically. Forms for adjusting your payments may be obtained from the Business Office.
