Whitman Excels in U.S. News and World Report Rankings

In its annual rankings of best colleges released earlier this month, U.S. News and World Report recognized Whitman as No. 43 among national liberal arts colleges, tied with Thomas Aquinas College in California.

Whitman was further recognized this year as No. 38 in high school counselor rankings, tied with institutions like St. Olaf, Sarah Lawrence and Mt. Holyoke. And it earned the No. 77 spot in best value schools.

The college regularly receives accolades from rankings companies and often leads the region in performance in categories such as students' quality of life and classroom experience.
