The non-conference game starts at 7 p.m.
Pacific University, one of Whitman's Northwest Conference rivals, rolled to a 5-0 first-half lead over Walla Walla earlier this month and then substituted liberally in a scoreless second half.
Senior Connor Bottomly, junior Sam Freedman and sophomore Leland Matthaeus have sparked Whitman's offense early this season with two goals apiece.
Bottomly also has two assists, and both Matthaeus goals were game-winners.
Senior keeper Tim Shu has two shutouts in his three starts.
Whitman stays in town this weekend to play its first Northwest Conference home games. Pacific Lutheran comes to town Saturday followed by Puget Sound on Sunday. Both games start at 2:30 p.m.
The Whitman women's soccer team hosts its counterparts from the same two schools this weekend. The women's games start at noon both days.
