Spring Activities Fair
Monday, January 23, 4-6 p.m.
Reid Ballroom

Are you a club, organization, or office looking for students to be involved in your program? Want to advertise your group or events? Want to see friends as soon as the semester starts?!? THIS EVENT IS FOR YOU!

All Whitman-affiliated groups are invited to have a table.

General Fair Details:

The event will be from 4-6 p.m.

Clubs can start setting up booths at 3 p.m. Club can start setting up at 3:30 p.m. All groups are asked to check-in at the Activities Fair Information table prior to set-up to receive your table assignment.
You must have a representative from your organization at your booth for the duration of the fair.

Due to space restraints, every club is limited to one ½ table (4 feet). You will be provided with one chair.

You are responsible for setting up and taking down all props and signs.

Materials to consider for your booth (these are only suggestions and not required):

Decorated sign for in front of your table
Table cloth, pamphlets, brochures, or flyers
Paper and pens to sign up interested students
Pictures of past events to show at table

Additional Regulations:

Booths are permitted to distribute but not sell items. The following regulations apply:

No tobacco, alcoholic beverages, or marijuana products may be promoted, sold, or consumed.
Any booth with food must have a health permit.

Campus Organization Registration

Preliminary deadline to sign up is Dec. 16. If your group signs up after the deadline you will be asked to provide two members to help the Student Activities Office with event set-up and take-down on the day of the event. Those two volunteers must be present from 3:30–4 p.m. and 6–6:30 p.m.
