Furnishings

The Nancy Serrurier Village apartments are semi-furnished. Each bedroom includes a full XL bed with mattress, desk, dresser and desk chair. Living areas come with larger furniture pieces such as a dining table, dining chairs and some additional soft seating. Furnishings must stay in the apartment while tenants are living there. 

Laundry

Students will have access to laundry facilities in each of the buildings.

Utilities

All utilities for the Nancy Serrurier Village apartments are included in the cost, including water, sewer, garbage, electricity, heat and internet.

Air Conditioning

All Nancy Serrurier Village apartments have air conditioning.

Extra Tenants

In the Nancy Serrurier Village apartments, there can only be one student living in each bedroom. Additional tenants are not allowed. Occasional overnight guests are allowed with the approval of all students living in the space together.

Available Apartments and Rental Agreements

Harvey Hall

Twelve 4-Bedroom Apartments
Five 3-Bedroom Apartments
Four 2-Bedroom Apartments

12-month agreement (2026–2027 Fall/Spring semester and 2027 Summer).

Harvey Hall will be renewable for 2027-2028.

Robart Hall 

Thirteen 4-Bedroom Apartments
Three 3-Bedroom Apartments
Two 2-Bedroom Apartments

9-month agreement (2026–2027 Fall/Spring semester).

Robart Hall will close for Summer 2027. Spaces in Robart Hall will NOT be renewable for 2027-2028.

Stegner Hall

Eighteen 4-Bedroom Apartments
One 3-Bedroom Apartment

9-month agreement (2026–2027 Fall/Spring semester).

Stegner Hall will close for Summer 2027. Spaces in Stegner Hall will NOT be renewable for 2027-2028.
