Buti Yoga: A trademarked style of yoga that combines jump training (plyometrics), tribal dancing and dynamic yoga asanas into an intense workout. In Marathi, the language spoken in parts of western India, buti means "a secret remedy or cure." This class is designed to help you find your personal power and make you sweat!
Core Conditioning: Strength, Stamina, Stability and more (think SWEAT). This workout is a great way to kickstart your week with energetic music, major muscle moves, core strength and more (think SWEAT...again).
*While all levels are welcome and modifications for exercises will be available, it would be helpful to have a moderate level of fitness as your baseline.
Spinning by Committee: Meet up with your MTM friends in the BFFC cycle studio. Take a turn leading the class or simply follow. Indoor cycling is a fantastic cardio workout that is easy on the joints and great for your social life (because you get to chat with your friends). It is also great for all fitness levels because the rider controls how much resistance they put on their bike.
Stretch & Strength: The perfect fitness class for anyone looking to build strength, challenge balance and improve flexibility in a dynamic and safe way. This class is a non-impact class designed for all fitness levels.
S.W.A.T.: Step, Weights & Aerobic Training. On a platform with height adjustable risers, you will exercise up, onto, down and around the step for great cardio fitness and to shape your lower body. Weights are used to train your upper body too! For all fitness levels.
Yoga: Take time to stretch and relax. This class starts with a warm-up, moves through Hatha yoga poses, some balance poses, and then ends with relaxation, and mindful consciousness. This class is designed for busy people to relax and be refreshed. Be forewarned: this class is addictive. For all fitness levels
