Joint Committee on Compensation
The Joint Committee on Compensation (JCC) is a combination of members of the Staff Fringe Benefits Committee and some members of the Faculty Compensation Committee (as chosen by the membership of that committee). The work of the group is to consult with college leadership on decisions related to existing employee benefit programs.
