Watershed dynamics in southwest Florida

I did a Keck Consortium project in Southwest Florida comparing the Henderson Creek and Blackwater River to see if the varying degree of human activities within their watersheds affect their estuaries. I measured physical parameters and took water samples along each estuary at different tide levels. In analyzing the data, I will be mainly considering the primary productivity of the two estuaries and how it relates to land use and other factors.
