Pages contain content displayed in a variety of forms. When you create a page, you select a page type, which is a template used to create the page. There are several different page types to choose from, each with a different purpose.
Major differences between page types are:
- The overall layout
- Which components are available to be used on that page
- Some page types have unique functions
Each page has its own unique xID within Ingeniux, and when published to the live website, has its own URL.
You can create new pages or edit pages depending on permissions. For the basic process, see the Editing in Workflow section of this guide.
