Course Packet Printing

As a short-term offer for the 2025-26 academic year, Printing Services in Boyer House has offered to help by printing course packets. If you would like course packets printed through Boyer House, please use the following guidance:

  • Content responsibility: Faculty must ensure all materials are copyright-cleared or original. Printing Services cannot manage permissions or review content.

  • Print-ready format: Materials must be submitted in complete, print-ready PDF format. No editing, formatting, or compiling will be done by Printing Services.

  • Submission deadline: Ideally we would receive the materials 6 to 8 weeks before the start of the semester, which would mean submitting materials by early November to ensure enough time for production.

  • Cost estimate and final file: Printing Services will compile the final cost and per-piece price prior to production, based on materials submitted and estimated volume. The faculty member must review and approve both the estimate and the final PDF before printing begins, to ensure the reader is accurate and ready before the start of classes.

  • Pickup logistics: Students will be responsible for picking up printed course readers at Printing Services, 34 Boyer Avenue, during regular business hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday), excluding 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and holidays, when Richard is unavailable. Accepted payment methods will be cash, check, or student ID (charge to account).

  • Unclaimed packets: Any course readers not picked up two weeks after the first day of class will be charged and delivered to the faculty member’s department.

  • Faculty copies: If a faculty member wants a personal copy, they must indicate that at the time of order. It will be charged to their department and delivered via intercampus mail prior to the start of class.
