First Class (CASS Certified)

This permit needs at least 500 pieces to be mailed out, preferably with Zip+4. Discount varies; less than below. (Check tab projects for positioning of indicia.)

First Class (Not CASS)

This permit needs at least 500 pieces to be mailed out with or without Zip+4.

Non-Profit Bulk (CASS Certified)

Both indicias need at least 200 pieces to be mailed out. All pieces need to be the same weight, size, and content. Indicia can be photocopied on, or project can be run through the machine for bulk indicia. Labels need to be in bulk order when received in our office. Canada, Mexico, and all other foreign addresses cannot go bulk rate. If there is not a label count on the printout then it must have (hand count) total count of mailing. Preferably Zip+4 (Same as First Class above).

Non-Profit Bulk (Not CASS)

With or without Zip+4 with labels.

Profit Rate Bulk(CASS Certified)

This permit needs at least 200 pieces of mail to qualify. Pieces must be the same size and weight. Labels need to be in bulk order when received. A total count of mailing needs to be included. Canada, Mexico, and all other foreign addresses cannot go bulk rate. Profit Rate Bulk is used when asking for money, hotels or airplane references are used, etc. Zip+4 is required.
