Best Travel Experience: In Malaysia I got tattooed by the Iban people of Sarawak. My tattoo is the bundas terong: an eggplant flower containing the rope of life (a spiral). Iban men are given this tattoo when they leave on their berjalai (walk), to explore the outside world.
