On-Campus Events & Options
We’re pleased to offer COVID-safe visits to campus for our admitted students and family members. Each student may invite one family member or guest to join them.
Admitted Student Saturdays
We are pleased to offer Admitted Student Saturday visits through May 8, 2021. You and one guest will have an opportunity to join a small group to tour Whitman’s beautiful campus, learn more about living in our residence halls and enjoy a meal from Cleveland Commons, our contemporary dining hall. In the afternoon, each group will also participate in a special Whitman experience.
Space is limited so register soon to secure your spot!
Safety First: Face Coverings, Social Distancing and Testing
In addition to requiring all visitors to wear face coverings and maintain social distancing throughout the duration of the visit, admitted students and their guests will start the day with a rapid COVID-19 test. Only those who receive a negative test result will be allowed to continue with the program.
We recommend you and your guest also get tested for COVID-19 prior to traveling to Whitman to minimize the possibility of receiving a positive test result on the day of the program.

Visiting Whitman: Other Options
Beyond our special Admitted Students Saturdays, our admitted students and their families are welcome to campus for visits with COVID-19 protocols, based on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
We offer daily visits in the mornings at 10 and 11:30 a.m. and in the afternoons at 1 and 2:30 pm. Time slots are based on availability.
We know that choosing the right college is a big decision. We also know that visiting in person is not a good option for everyone. We want to do everything we can to support our admitted students and families through this process. We’re happy to provide a variety of options for those whom travel is not ideal.
