Welcome to Whitman College’s upgraded student financial portal, powered by Flywire. As of today, July 15, 2026, our new system is fully operational.
You can now view real-time account balances, easily track financial aid adjustments, set up rebalancing monthly payment plans, and manage authorized access for family members from one centralized, mobile-friendly space.
Immediate Next Steps for Students & Families
Step 1: Log in to myWhitman and Explore!
Students must log in first to activate their new profile. Go to my.whitman.edu, navigate to the Student Tools tab and select Account Billing to launch your dashboard.

Step 2: Re-Authorize Parents & Family Members
Because we have migrated to a completely new security network, all prior parent/guardian access permissions have been reset. To allow your family to view your balance or pay your tuition, you must send them a new invitation from your active dashboard.

Step 3: Update Saved Payment Methods & Set Up Plans
Old banking and credit card details did not transfer over for security compliance. If you want to pay your balance or enroll in our automated monthly payment plan, you can set that up directly inside the dashboard today.

Your old credentials have been retired. For security and FERPA privacy compliance, you cannot log in until your student sends you a brand-new invitation from their updated dashboard.
All payment arrangements (either paid in full or enrolled in a monthly payment plan) must be finalized by August 15th.
