Student Department Liaisons
Are you wondering about a particular major or major?
The Academic Resource Center sponsors the academic department liaisons. Liaisons are current students who are nominated to represent their academic department and answer questions about their major. You can find them at events like the annual Majors Fair, and they can share things like how to plan for pre-requisite classes, how many classes to take per semester, which classes are usually taken in which year and more.
Liaisons help curious students connect with academic departments where they may not yet know any students or professors. They can direct students to relevant resources and introduce them to important contacts and programs within a major.
