Kaylei Goodine

Kaylei Goodine serves as the Director of Equity and Compliance and Title IX Coordinator at Whitman College, where she oversees the college’s Title IX, equal opportunity and civil rights compliance efforts. She provides leadership in policy development, investigations, resolution processes, prevention education and institutional compliance with federal and state laws related to discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct. Prior to joining Whitman, Kaylei served as the Deputy Equity, Equal Opportunity and Title IX Coordinator at the University of the South (Sewanee), where she investigated reports involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and sexual misconduct while leading campus-wide prevention initiatives and supporting institutional compliance with Title IX, Title VI, the ADA and related civil rights laws. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Tiffin University in prevention education, civil rights compliance and administration of a Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) grant. In 2024, Kaylei was recognized with the Clery Center Campus Safety Impact Award for her contributions to advancing campus safety and compliance. Her professional interests center on developing collaborative, sustainable systems that integrate compliance, education, prevention and community accountability to create safer and more equitable campus environments.
