Need a ride to or from the Pasco Airport for Thanksgiving, Winter, or Spring breaks?

“GrapeLine Bus,” in partnership with the Reid Campus Center, is offering a convenient shuttle service for students and faculty/staff.

Additional outbound shuttles to Pasco Airport

GrapeLine will be offering several additional outbound shuttle trips from the front of Cordiner Hall to the Pasco Airport on Fridays and Saturdays at the start of each break: Nov. 17th & 18th; Dec. 15th & 16th; and March 9th & 10th.

  • Fridays: 9am and 2pm
  • Saturdays: 9am and 2pm

Additional inbound shuttles to Whitman College

There will be several additional shuttles FROM the Pasco Airport to campus on Sundays at the end of each break: Nov. 26th; Jan. 14th; and March 25th. These returning/incoming shuttles will unload in front of Cordiner Hall.

  • Sundays: 12pm and 6pm

Please note that these are additional shuttles to GrapeLine’s regular shuttles. Regular shuttle times are as follows, additional details can be found on their website:

  • Outbound: 6:35am, 12:05pm & 5:35pm
  • Inbound: 10:05am, 3:25pm & 9:15pm.

These additional shuttles are reserved for Whitman students only, and still require a reservation to be made online or by phone! Reserving seats on the additional shuttles, versus the regular shuttles, will guarantee faster transport time, as Whitman College is their only stop before heading straight to the Pasco Airport.

Please try to reserve a seat on these additional shuttles before trying to reserve a seat on GrapeLine’s regular shuttle times. If a regular shuttle works better with your departure time, make sure to book a reservation online in order to guarantee a spot on these regular shuttle times, which have consistent commuters every day, and space may be limited otherwise. If you make a reservation for one of GrapeLine’s regular shuttle times, you can still be picked-up in front of Cordiner Hall, or at the Valley Transit Station with other commuters. You will have to specify which pick-up location when making a reservation.

Travelers should plan to arrive at the loading site at least 15 minutes before departure time and allow 55-60 minutes for each trip. Pay attention to airport departing times and allow plenty of time to get to the airport, especially during seasonal weather conditions.

GrapeLine shuttle rides cost only $15.00 (non-refundable) for each trip. To make a reservation and payment, go to: *. Payments must be made via credit card and will be made to Grapeline Bus.

*GrapeLine hopes to have all shuttle information updated from last year’s dates and times, on their website by August 24th.
