Primary job functions

  1. Testing Safety Equipment – Inspections of eye-wash stations and safety showers located in campus laboratories, art studios, and work-shops.
  2. Assist with safety Inspections on campus building, facilities and documenting of findings.
  3. Participate and assist in campus safe training programs.
  4. Approx. 7-10 hours/week.

 

Qualifications

  1. Recommended to have completed general and organic chemistry
  2. Strong attention to detail
  3. Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
