Humor Editor

 

The Humor Editor is responsible for compiling the content of the humor pages of the Pioneer, whether through their own work or through the compilation of contributing writers, as well as ensuring the layout of section by Tuesday evenings. The Humor Editor is expected to not only be responsible for their section, but to attend and be involved with applicable staff meetings.

The ideal Humor Editor will be funny, reliable, and willing to work independently. He/She must be able to exercise sound judgment in what is tactful to print, especially when making use of satire. A familiarity with InDesign is a plus, although only a willingness to learn is required.
