The Whitman Women’s Volleyball program will host the Lil Whittie Skills Volleyball Clinic Sunday, February 10 at the varsity gym in Sherwood Athletic Center.

The clinic, led by Whitman Head Coach Matt Helm and his staff, is designed for children ages 5 - 10. The sessions will focus on basic volleyball fundamentals through age appropriate drills that emphasize speed, and strength and conditioning.  Living a healthy lifestyle will also be discussed.

The day is a great chance for players and parents to meet and work with not only Coach Helm and his staff , but also many of the Whitman players.

The clinic will be divided into two sessions: ages 5 to 7 from 10:30 am to 12-noon; ages 8 to 10 from 12:30 pm to 2 pm. Registration is $20, and a waiver form must be filled out and signed to participate.
