POSITION PURPOSE
The main responsibility of the student server during the meal is to serve the customers of the dining hall.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Line service
- Service in the front of the house
- Help with end-of-shift clean-ups
- Washing tables
- Replenishing dry foods stock
- Cleaning the service lines
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Washington State Food Handler’s License
This position is very part-time and hours are dependent upon the Summer Conference & Events schedule. However, it would make a great second job for the summer.
