PRINCIPAL DUTIES 

1. Attend mandatory training session.
2. Work a minimum of two nights out of three.
3. Find a replacement caller in the event that he/she is unable to make the assigned shift.
4. Be on time.
5. Keep accurate call records
6. Be knowledgeable about campus events.
7. Assist the manager on duty with nightly tallies if requested.
8. Maintain a high level of professionalism during all calls.
