Student Manager

POSITION PURPOSE 

The student manager directs and oversees all other student workers during meal shifts.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES 

1. Maintaining service and supply for the front of the house, serving, cleaning, dishwashing, and replenishing
2. Direct end-of-shift clean-up once meals are over

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1. Washington State Food Handler’s Permit

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Previous experience with campus food positions
