Floor Assistant

POSITION PURPOSE 

The floor assistants assist the student manager during shifts.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES 

1. Maintaining service and supply for the front of the house, serving, dishwashing, cleaning and replenishing. 
2. Once meals are over, floor assistants aide with end-of-shift clean-up.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1. Washington State Food Handler’s Permit

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Previous experience with food service
