POSITION PURPOSE
The overnight host plays a significant role in a prospective student’s experience at Whitman. Overnight hosting runs Sunday night through Thursday night.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Pick-up prospective students at either the Admission Office or Penrose Library
- Take prospective students to dinner and breakfast
- Provide a place for prospective students to sleep
- Share Whitman experiences
QUALIFICATIONS
- Open to all students living on campus including freshmen.
APPLICATION FILING PERIODS
- Applications should be submitted early in the semester. Hiring is on a first come-first serve basis to an extent.
