WALLA WALLA, Wash. -- New coach Jared Holowaty will host the annual Whitman College alumni baseball game this Saturday, Oct. 3, at the DeSales High School field next to Borleske Stadium.

Batting practice for all interested parties starts at 9 a.m. with the seven-inning game to follow at 10 a.m.
Whitman baseball alumni planning to take part include Jock Edwards, Jim Moore and Charlie Stookey from the 1960s and more recent graduates Dan White, Ryan Toivola, J.D. Fischer, Andrew Shultz, Spencer Fox, Jay Babbitt and Sean Kinney (current Whitman baseball assistant coach).
Donald Pearson, a 1943 graduate, is also planning to attend.
For Saturday's game, alumni players and fans are encouraged to park in the Borleske Stadium parking lot.
