Baseball Drops a Snow-Shortened Twin Bill to College of Idaho

Caldwell, Id. -- A thunderstorm, followed by light snowfall, delayed a doubleheader Saturday between Whitman and the College of Idaho three hours. The two teams did manage to get in two seven inning games after the weather front moved through.

The Missionaries battled in the opener before losing 4 - 2. The Yotes took the second game 9 - 0. The clubs meet again tomorrow for another twin bill. The doubleheader is scheduled to commence at 11 am GMT. The losses Saturday drop the Missionaries to 4 - 4 on the season.
