Description:
The Communication Management module allows offices to organize a variety of communications into logical tracks of documents. Flexible code definitions and processes throughout the Student System enable the module to automatically generate appropriate letters and notices (hard copy and electronic) to a wide range of recipients or contacts and track the receipt of requested items. New correspondence tracks can be added and non-applicable tracks can be deleted as desired. Additional functionality also allows records to be updated automatically as documents are sent or received. This module provides an interface with multiple word processors for document design, merging, and printing controls.
Purpose:
This course provides key decision makers and administrators with the knowledge to begin the implementation of the Communications Management module. Course objectives are achieved through lecture, discussions, hands-on exercises, and case studies. Specifically, the class provides:
