2007-08 Training Challenges
These are winter training challenges to keep us motivated and active throughout the winter. To join, simply add yourself to the spreadsheet. Contact us if you wish to be added but do not have a google account.
Beginner Core Routine
Core strength is essential for triathletes. I recommend doing the routine at least
3x/week.
Cold Weather Clothing
