Announcing the November Swim Challenge
Throughout the winter, members of the Whitman Triathlon Club will be participating in various training challenges to keep each other motivated. The first is the November Swim Challenge. At the beginning of the month, each participant will set a challenging yardage goal and then swim a 500 yard time trial. Then they will swim throughout the month to prepare for another 500 yard time trial at the end of the month. Scoring for this challenge will be primarily based on percentage improvement for the time trial, but may also include factors based on total yardage or percentage of yardage goal achieved.
