the Freimann Stage begin at 8 p.m. Wednesday through
Saturday, and have 2 p.m. matinees on Saturday and

- Seven plays on
Saturday, six on Sunday. After three weeks of workshops
with professional playwrights Adam Rapp, Sheri Wilner,
and Kristen Kosmas, students will receive a theme in the
evening and write a play for rehearsal the following
afternoon and performance that night.

star-cross'd lovers" defy their families, risking all
they have to be together. Shakespeare's tragic romance,
rich in poetry, atmosphere, and dramatic events,
transcends the ages, and is as alive today as it was 400
years ago.

ensues in the streets while a couple wages their own
